Naked Desert

Golden dunes roll across the canvas — and slowly you see them for what they are: the soft curves of reclining bodies, breast and hip rising into hill and horizon. Adair paints the desert as flesh and flesh as desert, in warm ochres bled through with rose. Nothing is explicit; everything is sensual, the way heat shimmers over sand. It is a landscape that remembers it was once a body, and never quite forgets.

Original art by Adair — self-taught and visionary. Symbolic landscape, watercolour and pastel. Offered as a limited-edition print.

Rare by nature. Each print is produced in limited quantities.
