The sacred cross. The four directions. The living map of all that exists.
In Quechua, chaka means bridge. The Chakana — often called the Andean Cross — is an ancestral symbol of connection and balance: the bridge between the world above, the world we walk, and the world within.
My years in Bolivia and South America brought me close to its presence — in the textiles, in the landscapes, and most of all in the experiences, the people and the culture I was so blessed to grow up with. It stayed with me.
So I gave it a whole field to live in. Stepped crosses repeat across deep black in cobalt, grass green, orange and gold: the four directions, the three worlds, one bridge opening into the next. The print was born in collaboration with the wonderful Ecuadorian artist Sarahi.
It is colour that arrives before you do. Bamboo silk, so it moves when you move, catches the light, and settles like it was always yours.
Created to be worn with intention. Not simply a garment, but a feeling — a layer that helps you return to yourself, move with confidence, and carry your energy with care.
